Odessa Biofuel Plant For Sale

ODESSA, WA — For lease: One biodiesel plant. Ready for immediate occupancy. Must supply own canola. Terms negotiable.

The 24,000-square-foot Inland Empire Oilseeds building in Odessa, WA, has been empty since December, when the company ceased operation and filed for bankruptcy, laying off roughly 28 employees.

The Odessa Public Development Authority, which owns the property, is looking for a new biodiesel company to move in as soon as possible, said Stacey Rasmussen, administrative assistant for the authority.

Please send me more information on this site if it is still available. What is the capacity? Is there room for expansion? How old is the equipment? Asking price?

      Russ,

The WCTA is not involved with the leasing of the Odessa Plant and I’m not sure if it is still available. I recommend contacting the Odessa Public Development Authority to get more information about the property. Here is the website.

      Best,
      Kelsey
