Administered by US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), EB-5 connects potential foreign investors with a US capital investment that demonstrates it will enhance the regional economy and create a stipulated number of jobs in the region by the end of two years, among conditions. If these conditions are met, the investor receives a green card at the end of 2 years. The minimum investment is M, unless in Targeted Employment Areas.
