EcoFAB provides development and energy conservation services for sustainable homes and neighborhoods.  We are a social enterprise providing technical assistance, project management and consultation for buildings designed to be durable and energy efficient homes. We support skills training and workforce development in home performance and construction.

Falkin Associates provides Development Project Management services for commercial construction projects and Construction Consulting Services to entities providing construction financing.  Development Project Management Services include scheduling, contract negotiations, budget development and tracking, leading the design and construction team from preliminary design through Construction.  Construction Consulting Services include pre-loan closing plan and budget reviews, construction monitoring and contractor Application for Payment substantiation, Evergreen Conformance Inspections, Property Condition Assessments, and Capital Needs Assessments.

Generation Construction Company, LLC was founded in 2003 by owner Tim Clements. Although the company itself is new, Tim provides of 35 years of industry experience and an established track record of timely completion and cost-effective, eminent quality.  We are a group of highly motivated leaders dedicated to providing high-level commercial construction services to our exsisting and future custiomers.  We have developed a loyal network of superior subcontractors, dedicated to delivering a distinguished product, on-time and on-budget, regardless of the magnitude of the contract. Since the beginning of our founding, our proven track record has provided us with a history of repeat clients and an established reputation of responsible management, pride and integrity. We are excited offer our unique style of hands-on expertise from project inception to completion.  We have completed several different types of projects including Tennant Improvments and New Construction.  Some of our projects include an IKEA remodel, Bigfoot Java Espresso Stands, Jiffy Lube, Strip Mall new construction and tennant improvements, construction metal frame buildings, etc.  We have established a strong team of superintendents as well as equipment operators and laborers.

Habitat for Humanity East King County, founded in 1988,  is a non-profit organization providing home ownership opportunities for families whose income falls below 60% of the median income for the Seattle average.  Building is done by volunteers using donated materials and services.

IDEAbuilder builds homes using the most advanced digital design software and computer-aided manufacturing robotics.  We build very detailed and accurate models of homes, fabricate them in a factory, and then assemble them on site using highly-skilled craftsmen.  We use innovative technologies to make green building and great design affordable.

Lanzinger Construction is a residential construction firm located in Medina.  It was founded in 1989.

Site Workshop is a landscape architecture firm based in Seattle.  The firm specializes in professional services for land planning, site planning, and site-specific design for a range of commercial, institutional, and civic projects.  An environmentally responsible approach is incorporated into all of Site Workshop’s work.  This is viewed as a fundamental component of solutions, beginning with a thorough understanding of the environmental dynamics of the site, systems, and opportunities for applied ecology.  The firm was founded in 2000.

Tacoma Pierce County Habitat for Humanity is a locally run affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, a nonprofit, ecumenical Christian housing organization. Habitat for Humanity works in partnership with people in need to build and renovate decent, affordable housing. The houses then are sold to those in need at no profit and with no interest charged. Since 1985, Habitat has built more than 162 homes in Pierce County, including homes built in Tacoma and the Gig Harbor/Key Peninsula Area.  We are the only organization in Pierce County providing homeownership opportunities to households making 30% to 60% of the Area Median Income. Habitat’s mission and goals are a direct reflection of the urgent need for decent and affordable housing in our community, especially among very low-income families.  Habitat is unique in that we provide a lasting and permanent solution to a family’s housing crisis.

Tri-Nar, Inc. is an electrical contractor with sixteen employees.  The company was founded in 1987.

Wheeler Logging/Wheeler Construction is a logging and construction contractor established in 1986.  The company employs more than forty people.
