Using the WCTA page is easy.  Here are the steps to ordering.  Use this link http://www.helloeco.com/greenbusiness/wcta/

  1. Go to the WCTA customized ordering page.  You’ll see the WCTA logo.
  2. In the green box, enter your printing device’s make, i.e. HP.  *You must enter a manufacturer to enter the ordering system, if you are looking for ink/toner, LED lighting, or any other HelloEco product.  Once inside the ordering system, look to the left for the list of products, i.e. ‘lighting’.
  3. This will take you inside the product listings.  If you are purchasing ink or toner, the model of your machine will come up in a large list.
  4. Select the model of your machine and the compatible HelloEco-branded cartridges will be listed.
  5. Select the correct HelloEco compatible cartridges and add them to your shopping cart.
  6. When you have completed your order, use coupon code (available to WCTA Members) when you check out to receive a 10% discount off your entire order.
  7. Your products will ship directly to the address you enter in the ordering page, and all orders over $75, after your discount, receive free shipping.  Orders up to $75 incur a flat rate $6.95 charge.  Most orders arrive in 3-5 business days.  Expedited shipping is available at extra cost.
  8. If your order is over $500 after your discount, you can ask for 30-day terms; orders under $500 must pay by credit card.  Email mthoreson@helloeco.com to request these terms. Credit is available for qualified accounts.
